 Introduction to Mindfulness – A Six Week Group 

In this group, participants will be taught the basic art of meditation and will be invited to start a daily meditation practice at home. The group will support each member by practicing mindful activities (such as eating, walking, and listening) that encourage slowing down and being present, and we will share our successes and challenges. No experience required, just the desire for more peace in your life. Here are the details:
