 Introduction to Mindfulness – A Four Week Group 

In this group, participants will be taught the basic art of meditation and will be invited to start a daily meditation practice at home. The group members will learn and practice mindful activities (such as eating, walking, and breathing) that encourage slowing down and being present. No experience required, just the desire for more peace in your life. Here are the details:
